º Serán admitidos a concurso quienes comprueben los siguientes hechos

a)

Ser colombianos.

b)

Carecer de recursos económicos.

c)

Tener la edad fijada por los reglamentos de los Institutos donde hayan de adjudicarse las becas.

d)

No adolecer de enfermedad contagiosa.

e)

Haber observado buena conducta.

f)

Tener aptitudes para el estudio.

g)

Tener los conocimientos previos exigidos para poder ingresar al establecimiento para el cual se solicita la beca.
