º. Dirección y Administración. La Industria Militar estará dirigida, administrada y orientada por la Junta Directiva, el Gerente General y los demás funcionarios que la Junta determine, quienes desempeñarán sus funciones dentro de las facultades y con las atribuciones que la ley y estos estatutos les confieran, y en lo no previsto en ellos, en armonía con las leyes vigentes.
