º. El que sin permiso de autoridad competente almacene, elabore, distribuya, venda o de otro modo suministre marihuana, cocaína, morfina o cualquiera droga o sustancia estupefaciente a alucinógena, incurrirá en arresto de uno a cuatro años. La sanción se aumentará hasta en una cuarta parte si tales drogas o sustancias se suministran a menores de edad. En este caso se aplicará, además, multa de quinientos a diez mil pesos.
