Parágrafo 2

del artículo 31 del Decreto 2716 de 1994, quedará así: "Las asociaciones agropecuarias y campesinas igualmente deberán abrir por lo menos los siguientes registros: De afiliados, de actas de asamblea general y junta directiva y de inventarios y balances. Todos estos registros deben ser previamente registrados ante la entidad que ejerce el control y vigilancia, y está prohibido que en estos se arranquen, sustituyan o adicionen hojas o se hagan enmendaduras, tachaduras o raspaduras".
