Transitorio . Del reconocimiento deportivo a nivel municipal. Mientras no se creen o incorporen los entes deportivos municipales y/o se incorporen las juntas municipales y del Distrito Capital, con sujeción a lo dispuesto en la Ley 181 de 1995, el otorgamiento y renovación del reconocimiento deportivo de los clubes deportivos y promotores, será competencia de las actuales juntas administradoras seccionales de deportes o del organismo que haga sus veces y en su defecto de Coldeportes.
