Investigación científica e incremento de las colecciones. El Ministerio de Cultura y las entidades territoriales, crearán programas de estimulo a la investigación y catalogación científica de los bienes muebles de patrimonio cultural existentes en todos los museos del país, a través de convenios con las universidades e institutos dedicados a la investigación histórica, científica y artística nacional e internacional, y fomentará el incremento de las colecciones mediante la creación y reglamentación de incentivos a las donaciones, legados y adquisiciones.
