Cambio de Dirección. Cuando un Establecimiento Fabricante de Preparaciones Farmacéuticas a base de Productos Naturales cambie de dirección deberá obtener nueva Licencia Sanitaria de funcionamiento, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 20 del presente Decreto.

Cambio De Dirección
Decreto 1524 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 09 de 1979 Título VI y XI en lo referente a fabricación, envase o empaque, almacenamiento y expendio de los Productos Naturales con usos terapéuticos tradicionales, empíricos y las Preparaciones Farmacéuticas a base de los mismos.
