La Junta encargada del manejo de fondos de la Caja que les de una inversión distinta de aquella a que se les destina en esta Ley, pagará una multa igual al doble de la suma invertida indebidamente, sin perjuicio de exigírsele las demás responsabilidades a que haya lugar.
