El Gobierno procederá a liquidar el valor de lo que se adeuda a los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías, productores de oro y platino, por concepto de la referida participación, desde el mes de diciembre de 1935, inclusive, en adelante. Para el pago de esa deuda, queda facultado el Gobierno para abrir los créditos y verificar los traslados de apropiaciones que sean indispensables.
