º . De la expedición de reglamentos técnicos. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, con base en el Decreto 1112 de 1996, señalará dentro de un plazo de dos (2) meses a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, los criterios y las condiciones formales y materiales que deben cumplirse para la expedición de reglamentos técnicos, por parte de las entidades competentes.
