Apruébense las inversiones que desde la vigencia de la Resolución número 112 del año pasado hasta el día último del presente mes, hayan hecho o hicieren los Directores. o Síndicos de los establecimientos de detención, pena o reforma, de la República, con aprobación de los respectivos presupuestos, y cuyas cuentas y comprobantes hayan sido revisados y, aceptados por la Contraloría General de la República.
