º Las listas serán presentadas con indicación de los nombres completos de sus integrantes, su identificación, copia de la hoja de servicios en la empresa donde trabajan, y certificación expedida por la Caja de Compensación Familiar correspondiente en la que se haga constar la calidad de afiliado del empleador y el carácter de beneficiario del trabajador.
