De la digitalización. Los documentos relacionados con una solicitud de visa serán digitalizados por parte del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, quien tendrá un expediente magnético. La información y los documentos relacionados con la solicitud de una visa, tienen carácter reservado y sólo se podrán dar a conocer o expedir copias de la imagen almacenada, al interesado, su apoderado, o la autoridad competente, previa autorización escrita otorgada por la Secretaría General de este Ministerio.
