Decreto 1327 de 1941 · Por el cual se reglamenta la inspección de algunos establecimientos oficiales de crédito

º . El Revisor Fiscal del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, y del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, de que trata el Decreto extraordinario número 1402 de 1940, durará en ejercicio de sus funciones por un período de un año, que empezará a contarse el 1º de enero de 1942. Si la Cámara de Representantes no presentare terna al Contralor General de la República, se entenderá que el Revisor que esté en ejercicio continuará desempeñando el cargo en el período siguiente.

Parágrafo transitorio

El primer Revisor Fiscal se considerará elegido por el resto del año de 1941.
