La ejecución de la sentencia definitiva y ejecutoriada, proferida por Juez colombiano, corresponde al Juez que conoció del proceso en Primera o única instancia, mediante orden comunicada a los funcionarios administrativos encargados del cumplimiento de la pena o medida de seguridad.
