Fui desarrollo de lo previsto en el articulo 17 da la Ley 2 a de 1932, es requisito indispensable para poder ejercer el derecho de que hablan los artículos 13 y 16 de la Ley citada, la presentación anual de un certificado expedido por el respectivo Administrador o Recaudado de Hacienda Nacional, sobre el monto de la renta del agraciado.
