Los pagos deducibles, hechos por anticipado, solo se deducirán en el período en que se causen.
Los contribuyentes que lleven libros de contabilidad, debidamente registrados a base de ingresos y egresos causados, deberán deducir los gastos causados en el año o período gravable, aun cuando no se hayan pagado todavía.
