Art. 124. Cada Presupuesto de rentas en cada período fiscal sirve única y exclusivamente para hacer frente á los gastos de este mismo período. En consecuencia, ni los ordenadores ni los pagadores podrán aplicar cantidad alguna al Presupuesto de un período fiscal, para pagar servicio de otro ú otros períodos fiscales anteriores, sin estar antes cubierto el Presupuesto corriente.
