Al ordenar el juez la comparecencia de los testigos o peritos, señalará la cuantía de los gastos a que se refiere el artículo anterior. La parte interesada deberá consignar en el Juzgado el dinero correspondiente, y el Juez tomará, telegráficamente si fuere posible, las medidas necesarias para lograr la asistencia de las personas citadas.
