ARTICULO 3.1.6.3.13 .- AUXILIO FUNERARIO. El auxilio funerario reconocido en el artículo 3 del Decreto 244 de 1981 para funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional y para el Ministerio Público, será equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes para la fecha del fallecimiento. Este auxilio no será reconocido en los casos previstos en el artículo 3.1.6.3.6. de este estatuto. SECCION TERCERA. DEL SEGURO DE MANEJO O DE CUMPLIMIENTO
