Article 14

Corresponde A La Dirección General De Inspección Y Promoción Las Siguientes Funciones: A) De Acuerdo A Instrucciones Impartidas Por El Superintendente Adelantar Las Investigaciones Por Actos De Especulación Indebida Y Acaparamiento De Que Habla El Artículo 9 Del Decreto 46 De 1965; B) Proyectar Las Resoluciones Que Decidan Las Investigaciones Sobre Acaparamiento Y Especulación Indebida Y Someterlas A Revisión Del Jefe De La Oficina Jurídica; C) Propender Por La Orientación Del Consumidor Hacia Una Sustitución De Productos De Consumo Primario; D) Elaborar Los Proyectos De Reglamento Sobre Control Y Vigilancia De Precios Y Someterlos A Aprobación Del Consejo Directivo, Por Conducto Del Superintendente; Las Demás Que Le Sean Asignadas Por El Superintendente

Corresponde a la Dirección General de Inspección y Promoción las siguientes funciones

De acuerdo a instrucciones impartidas por el Superintendente adelantar las investigaciones por actos de especulación indebida y acaparamiento de que habla el artículo 9 del Decreto 46 de 1965;

Proyectar las resoluciones que decidan las investigaciones sobre acaparamiento y especulación indebida y someterlas a revisión del Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica;

Propender por la orientación del consumidor hacia una sustitución de productos de consumo primario;

Elaborar los proyectos de reglamento sobre control y vigilancia de precios y someterlos a aprobación del Consejo Directivo, por conducto del Superintendente; Las demás que le sean asignadas por el Superintendente.
