En los presupuestos de los Ministerios y del Departamento Nacional de Higiene quedarán suprimidas las partidas destinadas al sostenimiento de los servicios de estadística. El Gobierno queda facultado para hacer dentro del Presupuesto de la vigencia de 1936 los traslados necesarios para aumentar la apropiación del Departamento de Contraloría, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
