Articulo 1º Los alumnos de los planteles de educación básica secundaria y media vocacional con aprobación oficial podrán ser beneficiados con becas cuando carezcan de recursos económicos y comprueben buena conducta social y méritos académicos que los hagan acreedores al beneficio, de conformidad con las normas que se establecen en los artículos siguientes.
