º Cualquier instrucción relacionada con el manejo de la cuenta o cuentas corrientes y/o de ahorros así abiertas, así como la designación o cambio de personas autorizadas directamente para su manejo, deberá hacerse mediante documento escrito, firmado por el ordenador del gasto y el jefe de presupuesto de cada entidad u organismo, documento cuya copia deberá ser enviada al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección Tesorería General de la República.
