º. Patrimonio adecuado. Las sociedades de capitalización deberán cumplir las normas sobre niveles de patrimonio adecuado contempladas en este decreto con el fin de proteger la confianza del público en el sistema y asegurar su desarrollo en condiciones de seguridad y competitividad.
