° La 4.ª Division se compondrá de los cuerpos Guardia colombiana que se encuentran actualmente i organicen en lo sucesivo en el Estado de Boyacá, de las Milicias del mismo que se hallen al servicio inmediato del Gobierno nacional, i de los Escuadrones Camargo i Jirardot, que constituirán un Rejimiento llamado 4.° de la Guardia. Esta Division se organizará por decreto especial.
