Artículo octavo. Para el servicio prestado en una campaña de conformidad con el literal c) del artículo 5° de la Ley, sea reconocido por el Ministerio de Salud Pública, se requiere que se realice en zonas rurales. El Ministerio hará el reconocimiento mediante resolución motivada, previo concepto de su Comité Técnico.
