El patrimonio del Hospital estará constituido por los; siguientes bienes: 1° Los bienes muebles o inmuebles y las rentas que actualmente pertenecen al Hospital; 2° Las partidas que con destino a él se incluyan en el Presupuesto Nacional; 3° El producto del ingreso que adquiera por razón, de los servicios que preste; 4° Las sumas de dinero o bienes que obtenga a título no oneroso; 5° Las que por cualquier otro concepto adquiera o le pertenezca en su calidad de persona, jurídica.
