Los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora, podrán transmitir libremente anuncios publicitarios sin limitación de tiempo, siempre y cuando ellos cumplan con las normas de leal competencia y las establecidas para la protección del consumidor. El Gobierno Nacional podrá prohibir o establecer normas especiales para la publicidad de productos industriales, farmacéuticos, alimenticios y similares.
