Mecanismos técnicos de inspección, vigilancia y control para la función archivística . El Archivo General de la Nación ejercerá sus funciones a través de los siguientes mecanismos

a)

Visitas presenciales,

b)

Visitas virtuales, mediante el uso de tecnologías de la información,

c)

Oficios, solicitando información sobre las gestiones adelantadas,

d)

Formatos, manuales o en línea, establecidos por las autoridades competentes y,

e)

Otros mecanismos para verificar el cumplimiento de la función archivística. (Decreto número 106 de 2015, artículo 11)
