El artículo 2.2.2.2.1. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así: "Inversiones en establecimientos de crédito. Las corporaciones financieras podrán adquirir y conservar acciones y bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones de establecimientos de crédito. "Los directores y gerentes de las corporaciones podrán hacer parte de las juntas directivas de los establecimientos de crédito de las cuales sean accionistas".
