° La funcionaria comisionada por medio del artículo anterior tiene derecho a devengar durante el tiempo de comisión el sueldo correspondiente al cargo que ocupa así como las primas y subsidios que le corresponden en su condición de empleada oficial, los cuales le serán pagados por el DANE a la persona que para tal fin se autorice previamente.
