Para hacer efectivas estas disposiciones, el Gobierno nombrara, cuando lo crea necesario, Médicos Inspectores que visiten las diferentes explotaciones establecidas en la republica, a fin de velar por el estricto cumplimiento de esta Ley. El Médico Inspector anotara todas las irregularidades y de ellas dará cuenta al Gobierno para que se establezcan las sanciones necesarias, que consistirán en multas de quinientos a mil pesos ($500 a $1.000), y del doble en el caso de reincidencia.
