Artículo diez. El Instituto Nacional de Higiene "Samper - Martínez" podrá cancelar las licencias que hubiera expedido para la instalación de fábrica de bebidas fermentadas cuando estas no reúnan los requisitos estipulados en ellas o cuando los análisis químicos y bacteriológicos de los productos ya elaborados demuestren no ser los fijados en los artículos 1º, 2º, 3º, 4º y 5º de este Decreto.
