ARTICULO 124. Informe administrativo. En los casos de muerte previstos en los artículos 121, 122 y 123 de este Decreto, las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar, en las cuales se sucedieron los hechos serán calificadas por: los Directores de dependencias de la Dirección General de la Policía o de las Escuelas de Formación, Comandantes de Departamento y Jefes de Organismos Especiales, de acuerdo con el procedimiento que establezca la Dirección General, la cual queda facultada para modificar la calificación de las circunstancias en que ocurrieron los hechos, cuando éstas sean contrarias a las pruebas allegadas.
