El Ministerio de Educación Nacional hará editar las producciones literarias o pedagógicas de Gamboa, para hacerlas conocer profusamente tanto en el interior como en el exterior. ARTICULO 4° En el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos de la próxima vigencia se incluirá la partida que sea necesaria para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
