Aplicabilidad y transición normativa. La presente norma deroga los artículos 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54 y 56 del Decreto Ley 1953 de 2014. Los territorios indígenas que a la fecha de expedición de la presente norma se encuentren en trámite de creación de instituciones universitarias de educación indígena propia, se regirán por lo dispuesto en el Decreto Ley 1953 de 2014.
