Los períodos que sean objeto del proceso de compensación no podrán ser considerados como períodos en mora frente a la totalidad de los afiliados de la respectiva EPS y EOC, para todos los efectos legales y toda queja que surja del incumplimiento del presente artículo, será objeto de investigación por parte de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
