Los docentes de planta, por encargo de funciones de cátedra, tendrán derecho a percibir una sobrerremuneración de docencia hasta de un veinticinco por ciento (25 % ) de su asignación básica mensual, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º del Decreto 325 de 1981 y de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente Reglamento.
