Inhabilidad especial. Quien haya sido condenado por aprovechamiento ilícito o por exploración o explotación ilícita de recursos minerales quedará inhabilitadopara obtener concesiones mineras por un término de cinco (5) años. Esta pena accesoria será impuesta por el juez en la sentencia.
