° Si el interesado en la oposición no compareciere a recibir notificación personal de la resolución dictada por el Ministerio con respecto a su oposición, se hará la notificación en la forma señalada en el artículo 2° de la Ley 53 de 1909. Una vez ejecutoriada esta resolución, se procederá según lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° de este Decreto.
