°. Distribución y ubicación de cargos. El Presidente de la Industria Militar (Indumil), distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 4° del presente Decreto, mediante acto administrativo, y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas de la Empresa.
