El artículo 107 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:

Los miembros del Congreso gozarán de inmunidad durante el período de sesiones, treinta (30) días antes y veinte (20) días después de estas. Durante dicho tiempo no podrán ser detenidos ni privados de su libertad por motivo alguno, a menos que en su contra se dicte sentencia judicial condenatoria de primer grado.

En caso de flagrante delito, podrán ser capturados y puestos a disposición de la Mesa Directiva de la Cámara correspondiente, para ser entregados en custodia a las autoridades de policía.
