La Superintendencia de Transporte contará con treinta (30) días hábiles para decidir, contados a partir del vencimiento del término señalado en el literal c) del artículo 13 de esta ley. Dicho término podrá ampliarse hasta por treinta (30) días, cuando haya lugar a práctica de pruebas. La decisión se adoptará por resolución motivada en la cual se impondrá la sanción correspondiente o se ordenará el archivo de las diligencias según el caso.
