Cuando la S.A.S. tenga más de un accionista deberá comunicarse el texto del acuerdo de fusión con el lleno de los requisitos legales señalados en el artículo 173 del Código de Comercio, a cada uno de los accionistas con el fin de que éstos, dentro del término de 8 días señalado en la ley, tengan la posibilidad de ejercer el derecho de retiro.
