A rtículo 2.5.10.4. Destinación Porcentajes. Dichos porcentajes serán destinados respectivamente a financiar el Plan de Servicios de Sanidad Policial de los afiliados no sometidos al régimen de cotización, de los cotizantes y sus beneficiarios afiliados al Subsistema de Salud de la Policía Nacional; y para financiar los servicios de salud derivados de Accidentes de Trabajo y Enfermedad Profesional del personal Policial y civil activo al servicio de la Policía Nacional afiliado al Subsistema de Salud de la Policía Nacional, no perteneciente al régimen de la Ley 100 de 1993.
