° Para los efectos del Decreto 163 de 1990 y del presente Decreto, se entenderá por créditos para financiación de vivienda de interés social aquellos otorgados en desarrollo de lo dispuesto por el artículo 2° del Decreto 839 de 1989, y los artículos 1° a 5° del Decreto 163 de 1990.
