Art. 12. El derecho de título de las minas será de diez pesos ($10). Suprímese la obligación de presentar los cuarenta y ocho gramos de oro. Cuando el denuncio se refiera á un filón que no esté á la vista, por haberse explotado anteriormente, no habrá que presentar muestras de mineral, pero se expresará esta circunstancia en el escrito de denuncio.
