° La Retención Cafetera operará a partir del 1° de octubre de 1993 con un nivel del 20% sobre las exportaciones de café. Una vez transcurridos 20 días de mercado contados a partir de dicha fecha, se calculará el Precio Indicativo y se determinarán los porcentajes de retención aplicables según los parámetros que para cada una de las fases, se consagran en el artículo primero de este Decreto. Este porcentaje de retención tendrá vigencia inmediata.
