ARTICULO 4o. Dirección. - La dirección del Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario, IDEMA, estará a cargo de una Junta Directiva y su administración a cargo del Gerente General, quien será el representante legal de la entidad y agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción.
